New patients
When you visit our practice for the first time, your dentist will take time to listen to your individual concerns about your teeth. Your consultation will include a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, an oral cancer check, and any necessary radiographs. Your dentist can discuss with you and advise on the various treatment options available, and will give you a written treatment plan and estimate of costs. Whatever care is recommended, you can decide which option is right for you before treatment commences.
Emergencies and Cancellations
If you have a dental emergency during working hours, please call us and we will endeavour to fit you in for emergency treatment on the same day. If you are a registered patient with a dental emergency outside of practice opening hours, our practice answerphone will give details of how to contact your dentist directly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. A fee may be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Location and Parking
We are located in the Croydon Road, between the Beckenham War Memorial and Elmers End Green, in a parade of shops along from Beckenham Hospital. Parking is available off the Croydon Road in the residential side streets around the practice. Parking for disabled patients is available on the practice forecourt. Wheelchair access is available.
Our nearest train stations are Beckenham Junction (Orpington to Victoria line), a 15 minute walk, or Clockhouse Station (Hayes to Charing Cross line), a 10 minute walk.
